Rush into the valley on the awesome toboggan runs lit in the evening – nothing stands in the way of action-packed night tobogganing.

Important information: All huts are accessible by taxi. Local traffic must be expected on the tobogganing routes. Please mind the tobogganing hours for travelling safety!

Cross-country Skiing in Tux

The sports facilities in Tuxertal include 14 km of classical cross-country skiing tracks from Tux-Vorderlanersbach to Madseit, and a 14 km skating track in Juns/Madseit. Please observe the direction of the track. The track is maintained by the Tux-Finkenberg Tourist Association and is available for use free of charge.

NEW: Alpine cross-country skiing track - classic and skating approx. 2 km at "Höllensteinhütte".

Cross-country skiing instruction is available from the ski schools, while equipment can be hired or bought at all the sport stores and sport equipment hire centres.
